| Someone once told me that you have to take one step back in order to take two step forwards. These last few months, this has certainly been the case. My life has completely changed in scary/exciting ways and I'm still trying to cope with everything. I ended a 3 year relationship with someone whom I still care about. Why? Who knows... but like they always say... everything happens for a reason.
Dating has been interesting (to say the least). Sometimes, I want to just skip over all the bullcr@p of dating and just get to all the "good stuff", but it's easier said than done. Sometimes I wish that life was so much easier, that I didn't have a care in the world, and that I would be happy everyday... but life isn't that simple. Work consumes most of my life, but luckily all my hard work is paying off! I got promoted recently and can't be anymore excited.
I don't regret anything that i've done... if I could go back, maybe I would have changed a few things. Say and do things that I never got to do. But experiences shape someone into what they are. We all learn from our mistakes and the past.
(If you're reading this... I want you to know that I still care for you a lot. I want you to be happy, and seeing you happy will make me happy)
Carpe Diem! Seize the day. Live every moment like it's your last.
Till next time (which will probably be a year from now at the rate i'm going) take care everyone.

| man... i kinda forgot this Xanga existed...
Last few months have boiled to work, Thuy, and Friends.
Work has been good lately. Really good actually. Got a "promotion" at work... which means more work for me... but for the same pay. :(
I guess more experience.
Me and Thuy are good as ever. 2 years just around the corner...
And now, i'm on a path to reconnect with all my friends. With May just around the corner, i can't believe it's been one year since graduation! Time seems to go by so quickly while working...
Right now i'm debating whether or not to keep working or go back to school. Although I like work, sometimes I miss academia (and not having to wake up at 6 in the morning).
Anywho... life is good right now. Hope yours is as well :)

| THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to all those who gave me warm wishes on my birthday, but i do have messages for some of y'all:
1) To the EAP VN group!: Cam On Nhieu (Thank you very much guys). It's been one good year since that time, but i'm glad our bonds are still strong. Happy birthday to you too Jennie, Diane, and Kristy!
2) To the APO Crew:
Brothers for life, always has, always been. I wanted to come out to the bonfire this friday, but plans came up. I'll definitely be there for the Banquet, SAVE A SPOT FOR ME. Man... "Su PA" family good luck with the pledge semester. This class sounds like a good group.
3) To my REACH!'ers,
You guys truly still inspire me to this day. Everything i've learned from each and everyone of you guys have helped me where I am today. Good luck with Shadow this weekend, and school.
4) To My Hawaii gang.
Thank you guys so much. If we were back in Hawaii right now you know it'd be "ROUNDS for Everyone." :)
5) To my San Jo Crew:
Where would i be without you guys? 8 years as friends seems more like a lifetime. Those "gifts" i got from you guys is nothing compared to the friendship we have. To many more years of friendship.
And much love to everyone else as well.
Hopefully after this busy season of work passes, i'll be able to catch up with all of ya!

| 1. So Pluto Is Not a planet now eh?
There goes that ole Saved By the Bell "Mvemjsunp" (Mm-vhem-shnup) mnemonic. Don't act like you don't remember it... ;)
2. Facebook
Whatever happened to not fix it unless it's broken? *sigh*
3. Survivor "Ethnic divisions"
Even though I'm an Ethnic Studies major, contrary to what many people think, I actually am looking forward to this. People think the show is blatantly using it as a ratings ploy (to which i think is partially true). However, I feel the creator Mark Burnett as well as CBS have done a good job casting "Non-stereotypical" Asians in their show. This show does bring issues of race up (if at the expense of explotation).
4. September 11th Less politics and business and more respect, please. (That means you BUSH!)
